Dear Blog......

Sorry I haven't written in a while. We have been crazy busy the last couple of weeks. Although it hasn't been anything too fun or exciting, just everyday life, it has kept us busy. Things are going great with selling the house, we continue to have people come and look, even though we have an offer and are waiting for them to sell their home. We have been looking at houses whenever we get the chance and we do have a few in mind! Here is a picture of two of my favorites!The pictures don't really do the homes justice. They are a lot nicer in person, and the insides are amazing! It's hard to really make any decisions though when you don't really know what's going on. Just sitting around and waiting has been stressful. I don't want to fall in love with a house and then someone come and put in a offer before we have the chance to, just because we are waiting. I also don't want to not look because if they sell and we don't have a house picked out we could be in trouble! We have had lots of fun house hunting! I think we have any convinced my parents, or should I say my dad, to finally put their house up for sale! They found an amazing house out towards the ranches. I'm in love with the kitchen, the view, the deck, the property, and the look of the outside! I'm really hoping things all fall in to place for them! 12 Hours......

After only 12 hours on the market and with no pictures, we received our first offer on our house! We have counter offered back and they accepted the price on Friday. So I guess we sold our house, sort of anyways....... it is based upon the contingency of the sell of their home, But they seem to be pretty confident it will sell quickly, so now we just sit around and wait. Our house is still on the market, and we have had 7 different people come through it in 8 days. Me and Darrin have officially mastered cleaning the entire house spotless, in less than 45 min, but let's just say that has made the both of us a little bit crazy this past week! We are thankful that we have had so much interest, especially in today's market. And having an excuse to constantly keep the house clean has definitely been a bonus! We don't really have a house picked out yet, but it has been fun to look, and there are so many great deals out there! We are excited and hoping for the best!
