Sorry I haven't written in a while. We have been crazy busy the last couple of weeks. Although it hasn't been anything too fun or exciting, just everyday life, it has kept us busy. Things are going great with selling the house, we continue to have people come and look, even though we have an offer and are waiting for them to sell their home. We have been looking at houses whenever we get the chance and we do have a few in mind! Here is a picture of two of my favorites!
The pictures don't really do the homes justice. They are a lot nicer in person, and the insides are amazing! It's hard to really make any decisions though when you don't really know what's going on. Just sitting around and waiting has been stressful. I don't want to fall in love with a house and then someone come and put in a offer before we have the chance to, just because we are waiting. I also don't want to not look because if they sell and we don't have a house picked out we could be in trouble! We have had lots of fun house hunting! I think we have any convinced my parents, or should I say my dad, to finally put their house up for sale! They found an amazing house out towards the ranches. I'm in love with the kitchen, the view, the deck, the property, and the look of the outside! I'm really hoping things all fall in to place for them! Those homes are beautiful, so hard to choose! Are they both in Saratoga Springs?

Nice houses, I think I like the second one more. At least you have it narrowed down to what you like and don't like. Are these houses short sales? That always makes things more difficult as well. Exciting though.
Sarah~ The second one is our favorite too! The first one is a short sale, and the second one is bank owned.
Preston~ We still cant find one with a swimming pool so we made sure we got one that had a big jetted tub. You can come over and swim in our tub anytime!
Thanks for the invite but I can wait until you get the pool in this summer.
Oh man, how will you ever decide? I like the second one though. I'm jealous.
