This year Abby was turning 4 and wanted to have a Little Mermaid Birthday! I love planning Birthday Parties! We had custom invitations made that invited everyone to join princess Abigail for an undersea adventure! When her guests arrived (all dressed up like princesses) we had a Little Mermaid bubble blower on the front porch and a poster of Ariel on the front door. We also had the Little Mermaid cd playing in the background. The house was decorated with streamers, ribbon, balloons, and crepe paper it looked so neat! Everyone got to go on a treasure hunt, there was a treasure map to follow and little surprises along the way. At the end we had a treasure chest filled with gift bags, jewels, Swedish fish, and chocolate coins. We also played pin the mermaid on the treasure chest! When the party was over everyone got to take home a candy bar with a little mermaid wrapper on it thanking them for coming, their gift bag filled with treasures, a crown, and a wand! Abby had all her friends and cousins come. She really did feel like a princess! Happy 4th Birthday Abby!
