"The Sign"

It's official the "sign" is up, we have decided to sell our house. We thought about refinancing and taking advantage of the great interest rates, but this isn't the house of my dreams. I don't want to refinance a house that I'm not planning on living in for a while. There are so many great deals on houses out there right now and we are ready to take advantage of that! We have so many wonderful friends and neighbors here, {we wish you could all just move with us} but this is the best decision for our family at this time. We are hoping to stay close, but the more we look we are really liking the great deals in Saratoga Springs. You can get so much more house for your money. Were not going to get to excited just yet, we still have to sell our house which isn't going to be easy with how slow house sales are right now, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything will move along quickly. So please helps us spread the word and if you know anyone out there who needs an new house send them our way! We would appreciate it!

Hey, I know of some REALLY good deals in Hailey, ID! That would be the BEST! :)

Mitch Weights dad owns Night West construction. They were dumping building lots in Saratoga Springs for like $65,000 or something like that. Good deal, good land! You should check it out.

Hey I saw the school newsletter like a week ago and they totally made a mistake. They didn't put that Kaiden won the turkey trot, you should call and make sure they fix that.
